President Barack Obama will propose lawyer Elena Kagan of the best law, a person familiar with the thinking the president said Sunday night.The sources spoke on condition of confidentiality because the decision had not been released. Obama will make his choice 10:00 Monday morning in the East Room of the White House.



Known as sharp and politically savvy, the Kagan put a hot legal career: the first female dean of Harvard Law School, the first woman to serve as the best Supreme Court lawyer in all directions, and now first in Obama's desire to achieve something legendary Justice John Paul Stevens.

We can expect Kagan must be questioned whether people United.
