Indian Scientists should Pioneer Technology : Kalam

India's former President and scientist Dr APJ Abdul Kalam said that "it is time for scientists to be the pioneers in technology." He spoke these words when he gave a guest speech at the Tata Institute of fundamental research Second Foundation.

Kalam said that research carried out, National. His main purpose of the speech was to researchers, and he introduced a task for both researchers. He gave a great list of scientific challenges facing researchers, such as earthquake prediction, prevention of HIV / AIDS, working with adult stem nuclear power with thorium-based reactors, and more.

Kalam also said that scientists should work to ensure the transfer of solar energy to earth from outer space.

Kalam was gifted with a model of ASTROSAT scheduled to be launched in 2011. This will be India's first multi-wavelength astronomy.
