Kelly MCGillis Weds Melanie Leis

Actress Kelly McGillis 19 September has married her girlfriend Melanie Leiser said. She was also a closet lesbians too long, and opened up about her sexuality last year of a very honest conversation with SheWired. This is the third marriage for the actress formerly married Fred Tillman.



Kelly McGillis, the actor who won the heart of Tom Cruise in 1986 film Top Gun, and came out as a card-carrying member of the LGBT community following two decades. Kelly's last acting cred includes two episodes from Sapphic lesbians themed Showtime drama The L Word.

McGillis now 53 is a self-proclaimed "later in life lesbian", which revealed that she is gay in an April 2009 interview with People Magazine. Kelly was not very open about their sexual preferences before because she was not very comfortable with the effect of the revelation, she will have on their young children.
