In a radio interview with Gayle King on Sirius XM Radio today, Henry Louis Gates, Jr. Barack Obama responded to the statement that police "acted stupidly." According to Gates, who was the "logical" way to describe the events as they happened at night. Obviously, Gates was thrilled with Barack Obama the first comment on the arrest. Gates declares that there is nothing that he had the day that justified his arrest.

Really? Ayaw the police? Shouting of the police? Unwilling to prove your identity and when the officer first asked for them? Hurling insults about a mother? None of these things justify a police take you in prison?

Gates once screamed at a police refused to help him "with intent to cause public inconvenience" definitely "committed omtumlede or threatening" behavior.

A disorderly person is defined as one who:
* with purpose to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or
* recklessly creates a risk thereof
* engages in fighting or threatening, violent or tumultuous behavior, or
* creates a hazard or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.

In any event, even Barack Obama has backed off his initial statement, which is facing a backlash from large parts of the country which is not composed of radical separatist. You can read about Obama changing the center here. The police, the president and the radical separatist professor will have a beer together at some point. Hopefully the taxpayers do not get the tab.
In the meantime you can hear Henry Louis intestine
