It seems that Microsoft and Yahoo have finally managed to approach to a consensus about their planned partnership in the online search and commercial areas, and will probably make a statement today.
The expected deal will see Microsoft power search through all of its new search engine, Bing, and Yahoo is expected to take the role of management marketing sales.
Joint venture aims to combat Google authority in online search and advertising market and will allow companies to offer a wider range of advertising opportunities for online advertisers, but urgent Google search on the place still looks like a daunting task to search behemoth already with 67 percent share of the search market.
