After his parents two murder victims tormented and made angry comments about their losses, registered sex criminals John Albert Gardner III was formally sentence Friday to life in prison without possibility of parole.



Families of Amber Dubois, 14, and Chelsea King, 17, spoke with a San Diego County more right in the bright, not guilty life that was brutally destroyed by Gardner.The courtroom was packed with family members, investigators and journalists - many of them had tears in his eyes. Amber disappeared in February 2009, while on his own to the class at Escondido High School. King disappeared a year later, while jogging near Lake Hodges.
