The Emmy Awards is not just a parade of stars that show overpriced couture dresses and fine suits. According to "Breaking Bad" actress made her third statuette Sunday for his role as a cancer-stricken Walter White. Emmy is a beautiful flambé dessert. Bryan Cranston earned back-to-back (2008/2009) Primetime Emmy ® Awards for outstanding lead actress in a drama for his role as Walter White.



He was previously nominated for three Emmy ® and a Golden Globe ® for her performance as Hal on Fox's Malcolm in the middle. Cranston many television credits include a recurring role on Seinfeld, HBO's From the Earth to the Moon, and mini-series I Know My First Name is Steven. He has also had guest roles on programs like Chicago Hope, touched by an angel, The X-Files and many more.

Cranston is also a dedicated writer and director. He wrote the original romantic drama Last Chance as a birthday gift to his wife, a film which he also starred and directed. In addition, Cranston directed several episodes of Malcolm in the middle and Comedy Central pilot Special Unit. Most recently, he helmed episodes of Breaking Bad. Cranston's theatrical credits include roles in The God of Hell, two chapters, the Taming of the Shrew, A Doll's House, Eastern Standard, switches, Barefoot in the Park and The Steven Weed Show, which he won a Drama-Logue Award.
