Man Reportedly Commits Suicide During Swell Season Concert

A 32-year-old man apparently committed suicide last night at the all-minority group's concert at a winery in Saratoga, California, by jumping up on stage while they were performing.Oscar-winning singer-songwriters Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova had just completed the catchy "When Your Mind's Made Up", when Michael Edward Pickels hit the scene, according to eyewitness reports. Thursday night, said an unidentified man killed himself by jumping from a nearby building on the stage during a Swell Season show at California's Saratoga Mountain Winer.
"Glen had just finished a song, was one of his gang members up. The audience sang along with him, and he was looking for the gang member, as we finished singing. I just happened to look up and I saw this guy falls from the top of the roof on the right side of the building behind the stage. He landed about 3 meters to the left of the Glen on a speaker, and he was motionless, like a rag doll. It was about 10:00. In the beginning there was a shared moment when everyone was like what is happening, and then people began to fight to help. They did CPR. The show stopped immediately. The crowd was in shock, but leaves the co-location. "
